SticksNStonz is a non-profit organization dedicated to bring awareness to bullying!
"Our mission at SticksNStonz is to create awareness and
empower kids through positivity. This means: to inspire them to be what they
want to be, and not let bullying of any kid stand in their way. To let children
and adults feel good about themselves where ever they go in life. To help
others build strong foundations of themselves and truly believe that they can
do anything if they put their hearts and minds into it."
Bullying is a growing problem especially among children and teens! Did you know that over 3 million students are the victims of bullying each year? I see stories everyday in the news and on facebook about kids being bullied and it breaks my heart. Sadly, many bullied kids have no where to turn to and believe that taking their own life is the only way to escape.
I hold a very strong stance against bullying and being a mom of 5, I would never allow any of my children to bully someone else and if I see it happening, you can bet I will stop it.
When I found out about the SticksNStonz Foundation, I knew this was an organization that I wanted to be involved with and to help in any way that I can. Being an Origami Owl Designer, our mission is to be a Force for Good; to love, inspire and motivate people of all ages to reach
their dreams and empower them to make a difference in the lives of others. What better way than to team up with SticksNStonz for a Fundraiser where 100% of all commission from sales will be donated directly to SticksNStonz Foundation.

(I hope this is the right place to answer the comment entry!) I was bullied as a child, particularly my first two years of middle school. It was really rough because my best friend from elementary school became friends with these other girls over the summer and started bullying me with them. The worst part was that when I complained to friends about being bullied, they would confront me and claim that *I* was the mean one because I was "talking about them behind their backs"! I know now that they were manipulating and gaslighting me, but at the time I just felt horrible and trapped.
