I have always enjoyed doing yoga especially since I had my 5 children. It not only relaxes my mind and body but helps with my lower back and hip pain. Yoga not only increases my flexibility and helps to reduce stress, but it's also a wonderful way for me to ease migraine headaches. I notice on the days that I do yoga, I also sleep better and wake up more refreshed. 

I recently had the opportunity to work with a wonderful company called Aurorae Yoga. I received a Classic Yoga Mat, Sling Backpack and Soy Pledge Candle for review. I was really excited to be partnering with them as I never really considered the fact I needed a yoga mat or even yoga accessories, I just always used the bare floor and didn't think anything of it.

Normally it's just myself and my daughter that are interested in doing yoga, but once we received the Aurorae Yoga Mat, the whole family wanted to get involved, even my husband. As you can see, it's a nice size mat that is very comfortable for even the youngest of users. 

My husband who has back problems has taken a liking to yoga and now does it regularly, thanks to Aurorae Yoga. It has helped alleviate his back pain so much and even helps him to be more relaxed. 

His favorite pose to do on the Aurorae Yoga Mat is to Plank. He finds it much easier to be able to do this using the mat verses the floor and says he will never do it without a mat again. It's amazing how much a yoga mat can actually change your life. 

As you can see from this picture below, the mat is big enough for my husband to be able to use comfortably while one of the twins sneaks in behind him to get in on the yoga action. 

Even my 11 year old, who hates doing any type of exercising in the house had to try out the yoga mat. His preferred method of relaxation is video games, but since we have had the mat, I notice he actually likes to use it and get a little bit of planking in along with some stretching. 

Not only is the Aurorae Classic Yoga Mat the perfect size for all members of our family, but I love the thickness as well. I have even checked out different yoga mats around town here and I can not find any that compare to the Aurorae mat that we received. They all seem to be very thin in comparison and do not look as well made either. 

With all of the vibrant colors to choose from, they have a yoga mat for everyone. I myself love the blue that we received as blue is my favorite color. 

We also received an Aurorae Yoga/Multipurpose Sling Backpack. At first, I just figured it would be a small backpack that would hold a towel, wallet, cellphone, keys and maybe a bottle of water along with the yoga mat on the side if you so choose to carry it. Until I took it out of the package...

I was amazed at how much room there actually is on the sling backpack. You have your pocket and straps that your yoga mat fits neatly into along with 2 main compartments that are big enough to hold your towels, clothes, etc...a smaller front zippered pocket to hold your valuables such as  keys or money, a front flap pocket that has a wet liner to hold our clothes after your workout, and it even has a built in water bottle pocket on the side. The strap is nice and wide and easily adjustable and I love the fact that it even has a built in cellphone pocket right there within easy reach. 

This sling backpack has actually become my carry all bag for everything. It holds my laptop very nicely, I can pack snacks/drinks in it for the park, and it has plenty of room if I want to use it to store my items for an Origami Owl jewelry bar. I love the fact that it's so versatile and well made. I have carried this backpack with me everywhere we have gone since we received it. I even took it with me camping the other week ago :)

I also received a beautiful Soy Pledge Candle for review too. Anyone who knows me, knows that I absolutely love candles and soy candles are my favorite. I was amazed at how wonderful this Tropical Soy candle smelled and it burns so beautifully. I have been burning it every few nights for the past few weeks when I take a relaxing bubble bath and it's still not even half way burned down.

Every time I light this candle, I am taken away to a tropical paradise because the scent is so amazing and relaxing. I have to say, out of all of the Soy candles I have tried, the Aurorae Soy Pledge Candle is my favorite. 

As you can see, we have greatly enjoyed being able to review all of these wonderful products from Aurorae Yoga. I'm so thankful that we have become a yoga family together thanks to Aurorae.
