My entire family has been dying to see this movie since we first heard it was coming out! We love Gabriel Iglesias as a comedian so we were so excited to when we found out he was playing the voice of Johnny the Mole. Needless to say, you could only imagine my excitement when I found out I was reviewing The Nut Job.
My Thoughts:
Of course, with the arrival of The Nut Job, we had to make it a family movie night that night. The Nut Job is about Surly, who is a mischievous squirrel who is going on a mission to prove himself along with his rat friend, Buddy. We were pulled into the movie from the very beginning! Not only were the graphics and animations exceptional, the cast was perfect this movie.
The lessons learned and the teamwork shown in The Nut Job are awesome. All five of my children were glued to the screen from beginning to end. This movie is laugh out loud hilarious and we enjoyed every bit of it so much so that my kids had to watch it again as soon as it was over.
With an all-star cast and a ton of action, adventure and comedy, this is definitely a must see family movie for 2014! I know we will be watching it over and over again.
