Everyone worries about their health at one point or another in their life, even if they have always been healthy. As my husband and I have gotten older and now have 5 children ranging in ages from 3-10, we of course have started to worry about our health a little more. We want to be able to grow with our children and also be able to keep up with the energy. 

We were recently given the opportunity to work with a really great company called Ozeri. We were able to choose the item that we wanted to review, so being health conscious now, we decided to review the Ozeri CardioTech Pro Series Digital Blood Pressure Monitor .

Of course, we have always been used to the Blood Pressure Monitors that are used at the Doctors office and hospitals, as we have both had the unfortunate pleasure of having to be subjected to them quite a bit. The huge cuffs that they (the doctors and hospitals) have to slip over your arm all the way up past your elbow and then once activated, it feels like it is sucking all of the life out of your arm. 

I was so excited when we received the package and opened it up. Not only was the Blood Pressure Monitor a nice compact size, but everything you need was right there in the box, even the batteries. It also includes a very nice case to store everything in so you never have to worry about damage. 

How easy is the Ozeri CardioTech Pro Series Digital Blood Pressure Monitor to use? 

Of course, we wanted to try it out right away and were concerned with having to set it up. We inserted the batteries, wrapped it around my husbands wrist and turned it on. As soon as the Blood Pressure Monitor was turned on, a nice voice started talking and telling us where to position my husbands arm. That's right, the Ozeri CardioTech Pro Series Digital Blood Pressure Monitor has voice guided operation! Check out the video that we recorded below...

The Ozeri CardioTech Pro Series Digital Blood Pressure Monitor  is not only very comfortable to wear, but extremely easy to use. I was so surprised with how fast it is. As you can see from the video, from the moment you turn it on, to getting your arm correctly positioned to your final reading, it all takes less than 2 minutes. My husband and I are both amazed at how accurately it reads not only your blood pressure but your hear rate as well. The fact that is also provides an audible hypertension assessment and has Arrhythmia (Irregular Heartbeat) Detection are just added bonuses.

We highly recommend the Ozeri CardioTech Pro Series Digital Blood Pressure Monitor  whether you are someone that has health problems or are just like us and becoming more health conscious.
