Zombie Rot Fudge

One of my most favorite holidays is Halloween. I love decorating, helping the kids with costumes, getting ready for trick or treaters and of course, baking all kinds of goodies. I love making pies, cookies, fudges and other delicious desserts.

This recipe came about last year when I was making some fudge and wanted to change it up for Halloween. My family are Zombie fanatics, so I decided to design a fudge around the whole Zombie theme.

Zombie Rot Fudge!!!

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Butter
1 5oz. Can of Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
12oz Bag of White Chocolate Chips
2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
Green Food Coloring
Walnuts or Pecans

Grease an 8" Square pan (non stick spray works well), set aside.

In a pot, combine the butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt.

Bring to a rolling boil over medium hear, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes and continue stirring constantly.

Stir in white chocolate chips and marshmallows. Continue stirring until chocolate and marshmallows are completely melted.

Mix in green food coloring until you reached desired color.

Pour into prepared pan and arrange pecans or walnuts on top.

Splatter with red food coloring to make blood splatter effect. This works well with a small paintbrush.

Cool for 2 hours and then cut into 2" squares.

Enjoy!!
