I have always loved to cook! As a matter of fact, My love of cooking started when was 3 years old and my Papa put a chair next to him in front of the gas stove and let me experience the joy of learning how to cook breakfast in a cast iron skillet.

I fell in love with cooking and have spent 30 years collecting recipes, experimenting and perfecting meals for my family and friends. One of the main things I must have to cook is a set of good pots and pans.

I recently had the chance to work with Ozeri for a review of the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri. For my review, I had the opportunity to try out the 12" pan since we have such a large family.

I fell in love with the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri as soon as it arrived. It's HUGE!!! Which is a must in my household. With a family of 7, no meals are ever small.

The Green Earth Pan is not an overly heavy pan, but it does have a nice weight to it.

I love the GREBLON coating that the Green Earth Pan is made with. It's a very nice ceramic coating from Germany which is 100% PTFE and PFOA Free and is designed to prevent food from sticking. I was surprised when I opened my package and it came with a pan protector too! This makes it so much easier to store and not worry about my pans cooking surface receiving any damage.

Each pan has a magnetized for rapid heat transfers and a heat resistant silicone handle.

Green Earth Pan by Ozeri Features:

Unlike other ceramic pans, the Ozeri Green Earth Pan utilizes GREBLON - an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany which is 100% PTFE and PFOA free.

Innovative textured pan surface delivers enhanced heat distribution and superior n
on-stick performance without ever releasing harmful fumes or toxins.

Features a scratch-resistant 100 percent ceramic coating that is super easy to clean.

Made out of durable heavy-gauge die-cast aluminum with no heavy metals or harmful chemicals.

Each pan boasts a comfortable heat resistant silicon coated handle and a magnetized induction stove safe base for rapid heat transfer.

My Thoughts:

I am so happy to have had the opportunity to review the best frying pan that I have ever used. I am in love with this pan and use it all the time now. My absolute favorite feature is the textured ceramic coating that makes cooking and cleaning a breeze. The fact that it is non-stick means I can cook anything with no issues at all, which is definitely not the case with my other pans.

I usually have to use a non-stick spray or oil when cooking any kind of eggs in my other pans, but with the Green Earth Pan, I didn't need to use anything. Scrambled and fried eggs cooked up so easy with no mess to clean. I was able to just wipe my pan out with a clean dish towel and it was good to go. You would never have known I just cooked eggs in it.

For my review, I decided to cook up something that my husband loves and I am showing you the step by step direction to make this meal in the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri.

Cabbage and Sausage

Ingredients:

1 stick of Butter
(or margarine, but I only use real butter)

1 package of Cole Slaw mix
(you can just shred a head of cabbage, but I wanted quick and easy)

1 Onion, diced

1 lb. Smoked Sausage, sliced into round pieces

1 15oz can Diced Tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Directions:

Melt butter in pan, add onions. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Add Cole Slaw Mix and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Add Diced Tomatoes and mix up good.

Add Sausage, Salt and Pepper. Mix, cover and let simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Doesn't it look delicious???

Dinner is served!!! Mmmm Mmmm Good!

Clean up? Just a quick dip in hot, soapy water and then wipe dry with a dish towel. Easy, hearty meal and cleanup in less than an hour. Thank You Ozeri!!!
