With summer just starting, this shouldn't be too much of an issue, but when it comes time for back to school, I would definitely want to have this on hand for those of you that use day cares or public schools. You can never be too careful or too prepared.
If you are a parent, Grandparent, or caregiver of school age or day care children then this is a must read. I have had the opportunity to work with Ladibugs. Ladibugs let me review their Ladibugs Mint Spray for head lice.

If you are like me you remember when/if you got head lice you had to go to the Doctor and get a nasty smelling shampoo/treatment. I remember it being horrible. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying these products are going to make having head lice a fun thing, we all know they aren't. But this spray doesn't smell bad like other head lice products do.
I can't say that this really works because, knock on wood, we don't have head lice in the home. I am glad that I have it and had a chance to read up on it for if I do have it. I have a grand daughter and this is a must have in our house now just in case head lice are gotten.
Ladibugs Mint Spray
Ladibugs Mint Spray is a specialized formula to help ward off head lice. Ladibugs Mint Spray may be used as often as necessary. Ladibugs Mint Spray has been formulated with products that lice find offensive. Ladibugs Mint Spray may also be used on most fabrics and sports gear to ward off head lice. (Test on a small hidden area.)Our Story
We are two moms that are both registered nurses, whose daughters
acquired head lice through a school outbreak. Like many families who
have had to deal with this unwelcomed guest, we tried the toxic shampoos
and things that we “heard” would work and spent hours combing and nit-
picking our daughter’s hair. We were frustrated with our options, the
hours spent trying to eliminate the lice, and the lack of correct
information.
Therefore, in the parking lot of our girl’s school, we decided we could create a business that would help kids, families, schools, camps and nursing homes eliminate head lice in a safe and natural process that is proven to be highly effective. We are here to educate, treat and to make the experience as pleasant as it can be.
Less than a year after their first conversation, they launched Ladibugs Haircare – a full line of pesticide-free head lice Prevention and Elimination products. Used with a special patent-pending lice comb, they are the most effective and the only pesticide-free head lice treatment on the market.
Ladibugs products are now being sold in salons across the country, including Great Clips and Kids’ Hair locations. Ladibugs is constantly expanding its reach. Check for additional locations near you.
Ladibugs also opened their first lice removal center in July 2011 where they treat clients with their product line and a dose of discretion.

Here are some tips on how to prevent head lice:
From their head to their bed, here are some helpful tips.
In addition to treatment, here are some steps recommended by the CDCb to help stop the spread of head lice to other family members:
1. Avoid head-to-head contact
Kids will be kids, but tell them to avoid head-to-head contact while playing with other children, whether at school, on a playground, or during sports activities.1-3 Since head lice also can't fly, hop, or jump, they'll pass on to your children only through direct contact.12. Don't share what's on your hair
Tell kids not to share combs, brushes, hats, scarves, bandanas, hair bands, ribbons, barrettes, or towels — basically, anything that goes on kids' heads.1-33. De-louse your house
Identify items used by anyone who has head lice, such as pillows, hats, helmets, scarves, clothes, bedding, towels, and stuffed animals.2,3 Machine-wash appropriate items in hot water and tumble-dry in a hot dryer for 20 minutes.1,2 If an item can't be washed, seal it in a plastic bag for 2 weeks.1,24. Keep a lid on pest sprays and fogs
Do not use pest sprays or fogs in the house.2,3 They are not needed, and they can be harmful if they are inhaled or get on the skin.1
I would always tell my kids when growing up that they are to never use brush/comb that didn't belong to them. Also, they weren't to wear anyone's headgear except for their own. I so big on that that all of us had our own brushes/combs. You may think that I went overboard with that but I didn't have to deal with head lice while they were growing up.
With this spray you can spray it on bedding, couches or anywhere else head lice may be or get on. The best way to prevent head lice is to teach them not to use other peoples items.
Ladibugs is being so generous that they are offering a giveaway for a bottle of their Ladibus Mint Spray to one of my readers.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
