Organic Black Matcha Tea Giveaway

I'm sure you have all heard of green tea you might even drink it on a regular basis.  I have been able to try the Organic Black Matcha Tea.  I enjoy a green tea on occasion but this one is unlike any I have ever had.

The powder is fine in texture and easy to mix.  You can either wisk it or stir until completely disolved.  And it only takes about 1/2 tsp for a cup.

The Organic Black Matcha Tea was a lot better than what I expected especially when I saw what it looked like once fixed.  To me it looked to be a really strong cup of regular tea.

I don't normally add any sweeteners to  my tea when I drink it hot. This wasn't any different. It had a nice smooth taste to it which for me made it nice because I enjoy having a nice cup of hot tea in the evenings.  You can always add a sweetener to it if you prefer, everyone's taste is different.

It's a smart swap for sugary drinks. "All things being equal, if you sub 1-2 cups of green tea for one can of soda, over the next year you'd save over 50,000 calories," Ochner says. That's more than 15 pounds.

Cancer Role

Studies on green tea’s impact on cancer have been mixed. But green tea is known to aid healthy cells in all stages of growth. There are some indications green tea may help destroy cancer cells.

Less Stress

Sipping tea helps you slow down and relax, Reardon says. An amino acid called theanine found in green tea can provide a calming effect.

With summer just starting, this shouldn't be too much of an issue, but when it comes time for back to school, I would definitely want to have this on hand for those of you that use day cares or public schools. You can never be too careful or too prepared.

3. De-louse your house

Identify items used by anyone who has head lice, such as pillows, hats, helmets, scarves, clothes, bedding, towels, and stuffed animals.^2,3 Machine-wash appropriate items in hot water and tumble-dry in a hot dryer for 20 minutes.^1,2 If an item can't be washed, seal it in a plastic bag for 2 weeks.^1,2

4. Keep a lid on pest sprays and fogs

Do not use pest sprays or fogs in the house.^2,3 They are not needed, and they can be harmful if they are inhaled or get on the skin.¹

I would always tell my kids when growing up that they are to never use brush/comb that didn't belong to them. Also, they weren't to wear anyone's headgear except for their own.  I so big on that that all of us had our own brushes/combs.  You may think that I went overboard with that but I didn't have to deal with head lice while they were growing up.

With this spray you can spray it on bedding, couches or anywhere else head lice may be or get on.  The best way to prevent head lice is to teach them not to use other peoples items.
